Beau Constantia is a boutique wine farm owned by the Du Preez family. With vineyards stretching to 350m above sea-level on the Constantia mountain range, this spectacular site produces small quantities of phenomenal grapes, allowing for concentrated, yet balanced, wines with a true sense of place.

Product Features

• Aroma: Zesty citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon zest with white blossom nuances, lifted by fresh, coastal aromatics.
• Palate: Bright and vibrant with lively acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by the Sémillon’s soft, waxy texture, creating a balanced, silky mid-palate and a clean, refreshing finish with subtle saline notes.
• Pairs well with grilled line fish with lemon butter and fresh herbs.
