• Nose: Bright citrus and gunflint aromas with subtle toasted oak, followed by fragrant orange blossom, cardamom and candied ginger
• Palate: Vibrant and lime-driven with stewed yellow apple, a flinty minerality and subtle saline character. The combination of seasoned wood and clay maturation adds texture and depth, with a fresh, lingering finish.
• Pairs well with creamy chicken or seafood pastas
