About

Tierhoek is situated high in the peaks (760m) of the Piekenierskloof Mountain, just on the border of the Cederberg. The farm flourishes due to cold, rainy winters and long, warm summers that are cooled down by afternoon Atlantic breezes.

Product Features

• Wild Fermented then matured for 8 months in 3rd and 5th fill French Oak Barrels. 
• Up-front fruit and perfume on the nose.
• The palate is spicy and full-bodied, with a long finish and great structure.
• Enjoy with beef short rib.
