Thelema Mountain Vineyards is situated on the South Easterly side of the Simonsberg Mountain, possessing some of the highest elevations in Stellenbosch. Our high-altitude vineyards and the rich red soils are ideal for premium quality wine production. Through the understanding of our climate and soil type, we have firmly established ourselves as one of the country's leading producers of structured, ageworthy reds.

• Nose: Juicy black fruit, ripe mulberries, plums and hints of warm spice
• Palate: Soft and juicy with well-rounded tannins, subtle barrel-aged complexity from 18 months in oak and a long, delicious finish
• Pairs well with wood-fired pizza, grilled boerewors, BBQ chicken, beef burgers or a classic South African braai
