Situated between the Breede River and Langeberg mountains in Robertson, lies Bon Courage Wine Estate. Here the Bruwer family produces a selection of fine wines, ranging from noble whites, classic reds and fortified dessert wines to the elegant and award-winning Cap Classique sparkling wines. This range is named in honour of the Bruwers' French Huguenot lineage, the Brueres, who hailed from the Loire Valley. They are handmade from beginning to end in accordance with the traditional “Champagne” method.

• Aroma: This Cap Classique opens with aromas of sun-ripened apples and honey.
• Palate: Shows a fine mousse with a creamy mouthfeel, finishing elegantly with hints of marzipan.
• Food Pairing: It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with sugar and cinnamon roasted nuts, seared salmon, tempura prawns, or a lemon and herb chicken fresh off the grill.
