Waterford Estate is situated in the picturesque Blaauwklippen Valley, in the world-renowned Stellenbosch region. We believe in the old adage of 'less is more'. • Aged for 19 months, 26% new 225L French oak barrels.
• The wine shows off pure fruit and earthy notes complemented by classical pencil lead-like aromas. 
• A typical dry tannin structure with a seamless balance to the finish.
• Classical red meat dishes seasoned with cracked sea salt pair beautifully, but the wine also pairs well with other savoury dishes and cheeses.
