Our Methode Cap Classique (MCC) Rose is a wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir grapes are of the best selection from the Buitensorg vineyards. These special grapes are hand harvested early in the morning and during the beginning of the vintage.

• The base blend is bottled with a mixture of yeast, sugar, and wine (this is known as the liqueur de tirage) and from here a second fermentation takes place in the bottle where small fine bubbles are created over time.
• Sensual wild strawberry aromas are complemented by ripe raspberry and cranberry flavours, fine bubbles and a long lingering finish.
• Enjoy as an apéritif or with creamy seafood, sushi and chicken dishes.
