Darling Cellars is situated on the cool West Coast between Malmesbury and Darling, approximately 1 hour’s drive from Cape Town and 15 kilometres from the coastline. 1996 heralded a new era for the region of Darling with the establishment of the private cellar: Darling Cellars (Pty) Limited. Grapes selected for their fruit and ripeness make this a range that fulfils the need for an uncomplicated, easily accessible wine fit for a student and professor alike. Fresh, vibrant, clean and fruity!

• A portion of the wine spent 8 - 12 months on staves to add complexity and layers.
• Enticing aromas of Turkish delight, chocolate, red and black cherries, vanilla and red plum.
• These follow through to the palate with an added hint of butterscotch and smooth, supple tannins. 
• Perfectly balanced, this wine will tickle your taste buds and reward with its structure and length of flavour.
