Located at the foothills of the Stellenbosch Mountain, the estate comprises 115 hectares. The farm has rich and fertile soils, hailed from grey-blue decomposed granite deposited against the mountain slopes. Vineyard practices are aimed at achieving the perfect balance between healthy vines and low yields, to produce the best quality wines.

Product Features

• Cold alcoholic fermentation commenced in stainless steel tanks using wild/natural yeasts. 
• Extended lees contact of 3 months with regular stirring of the lees after fermentation, ensures that the wine has a lush palate texture.
• Yellow peach and quince notes are supported by nuances of straw, pineapple and fresh lemon zest. 
• The creamy palate leads to a smooth, elegant and refreshing finish.
• A stunning wine for summer celebrations, picnics and get-togethers. 
• Pairs well with “braai” chicken and mushroom Risotto.
