About
Eerste Hoop Wine Farm was founded in 2005 by Lode Lemahieu. This property produces some of the finest wines in the Overberg region, with close proximity to the Theewaterskloof dam. All the wines are certified as Wine of Origin Theewater.
Product Features
- Awards: Double Gold, Michelangelo ; Overberg District award - Terroir Awards
- Nose: It shows ripe white pear with hints of apple, peach, and citrus blossom. Subtle oak adds notes of vanilla and light spice.
- Palette: It is medium-bodied with a smooth, rounded texture and flavours of pear and stone fruit. A gentle creaminess and soft oak notes are balanced by fresh acidity.
