We went to great lengths to select the perfect site to grow the grapes that would ultimately become our hand-crafted Mt Vernon wines. The wine making process is done on location at our estate, enabling us to craft bespoke wines, such as our Chardonnay.

• Colour: Pale yellow
• Nose: Shows an attractive hint of development with definite citrus aromas with grapefruit more keenly expressed. Some tropical notes in the background. 
• Firm texture and fine balance. Bright, sprightly fresh, full fruited finish.
• Pairs well with chicken in a creamy sauce.
