Carl Everson was the visionary fourth-generation farmer at Opstal Estate, and this flagship red is a tribute to his perseverance and contribution to the family farm. Made from carefully selected grapes grown on the farm in the Slanghoek Valley, the wine reflects Opstal’s focus on complexity, balance and elegant fruit expression.
