Inspired by Cape Town’s beautiful Fauna and Flora, we have created our selection of wines. We believe in minimal interference, picking by hand, as well as whole bunch- and natural fermentation with older oak aging, ensuring a wine that reflects its terroir.

• A red blend of Shiraz, Pinotage and Grenache.
• All components were made and aged separately for 12 months before blending and bottling.
• Vibrant, deep ruby red colour.
• Dark red fruit, red plums, and black cherries.
• Cigar box with hints of dark mint chocolate.
• The palate entices with juicy red berry reduction and hints of savoury notes.
• Velvety smooth with a well-structured finish.
• Enjoy on its own, or share over a cheese and charcuterie platter.
