Guardian Peak is a Stellenbosch-based winery in the Western Cape, South Africa, known for producing accessible, fruit-driven wines that showcase classic Bordeaux and Rhône varietals. The farm works with vineyards spread across the Stellenbosch region and surrounding coastal terroir, where Mediterranean climate conditions and varied soils help build structure, ripeness, and complexity in the wines.

Product Features

• Nose: Blackcurrant (cassis), blackberry, dark cherry with cedar, tobacco leaf, cocoa and light graphite-like minerality.
• Notes: Full-bodied and structured with concentrated black fruit, firm tannins and fresh acidity. Oak ageing adds chocolate, vanilla and subtle spice.
• Pairing: Grilled steak, lamb shank, beef stew, venison, aged cheddar or gouda.
