• Youthful, bright red in appearance.
• Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon notes of cassis, red currant, and liquorice marry well with fine oak aromas to provide a complex nose.
• The densely structured palate offers compact, chalky tannins and classic Cabernet Sauvignon fruit flavours.
• Ripe fruit combined with judicious use of barrel maturation provides complexity and length to this fine example of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon.
• 15 months maturation 2nd, 3rd & 4th fill French oak barrels, a combination of 225l and 300l.
