Darling Cellars is situated on the cool West Coast between Malmesbury and Darling, approximately one hour's drive from Cape Town and 15 kilometres from the coastline. Grapes selected for their fruit and ripeness make this a range that fulfills the need for an uncomplicated, easily accessible wine fit for a student and professor alike. Fresh, vibrant, clean and fruity!

Product Features

• Initially, a subdued bouquet opens up to aromas of green fig, asparagus, freshly cut grass and tropical fruit such as watermelon, passion fruit and pineapple. 
• These flavours follow on the palate and are supported by a vibrant acidity that keeps the palate fresh.
• This wine will pair well with most seafood, but will go particularly well with some of the West Coast’s fresh mussels or oysters.
