Anthonij Rupert Wyne was founded on the farm L’Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-the-art winemaking facility on the estate, and the beginnings of what was to become a sprawling enterprise with a focus on terroir-specific wines. 

This deal includes 6 bottles of the selected option, i.e. a case of either Brut Classique OR Brut Classique Rosé

Brut Classique

• Award: 4 Star Platter, Gold Amorim Cap Classique Challenge.
• Aromas of Tarte tartin, apple and cinnamon with a light pear drop and biscuit nuance.
• Tangy lime and green apple crunch with a richer, deeper, biscuit and sourdough undertone.
• The zingy citrus and creamy lees flavours are well balanced, with the acidity and fruit in complete harmony.
• Blend: Chardonnay 59% and 41% Pinot Noir 

Brut Classique Rosé

• Awards: 4 Star Platter, Gold Amorim Cap Classique Challenge, Gold Veritas.
• Attractive delicate salmon pink hue in appearance. 
• Delicious whiffs of charming raspberry and strawberry aromas with a peppery spice nuance on the nose. 
• The palate is vivid with lively bubbles of bright red berries and a crisp acidity. 
• Providing equilibrium are rich creamy lees notes and toasted biscuit flavours from its secondary fermentation in the bottle. 
• Blend: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay
