Eerste Hoop Wine Farm was founded in 2005 by Lode Lemahieu. This property produces some of the finest wines in the Overberg region, with close proximity to the Theewaterskloof dam. All the wines are certified as Wine of Origin Theewater.

Product Features

• The Blushing Bride is named after one of South Africa’s most beautiful Protea flowers. The pale pink rose is made in a Provence style and promises enjoyment.
• Aromas: Fresh red berries (strawberry, raspberry), light cherry, subtle floral lift.
• Palette: Crisp and refreshing with bright acidity, soft red fruit, and a smooth, elegant finish.
• Pairing: Grilled salmon with a strawberry and rocket (arugula) salad.
