The Ginger Brand Man is a traditional man with a modern twist, and so is his unique Ginger Brandy. The finest essence of the grapes is achieved by slowly heating the wine.

• Free juices are collected From the Western Cape wine of origin region, for distillation in unique copper pot stills.
• Only the purest middle third of the cooled wine is collected to rest in roasted oak barrels for 3 years. 
• The matured brandy is infused with natural ginger extract under the highveld sun before it is bottled, ready to relish.
