• Ingredients: 
• 50% textures pea protein (TTP) and 50% textures vegetable protein (TVP - in this case specifically soy protein) with natural flavourings. There are now raw ingredients in the products (ie nothing needs to be cooked and technically you could eat is as is). The fat content is 25%, which is similar to its meat counterpart. The protein content is likewise similar at 30%.
• Cooking instructions: 
• The product can be cooked from frozen or since defrosted, For the product to have a meaty mouth feel and bind, it must experience heat of at least 50°C. Patties and meatballs can be fried, air-fried, grilled or roasted and can be basted with your favourite basting sauce as you would with any other meat product.
