Olive Pesto Chilli

• Pounded black olives with a touch of bird’s eye chilli for bite. For a delicious starter, top grilled brown mushrooms with chilli olive pesto, or fold into bread dough for a decadent savoury bread.

Olive Pesto Thai

• Ginger, coriander, and coconut milk add flavour to the green olive base. This pesto is delightful on grilled fish or with stir-fried chicken strips.

Tapenade

• An authentic Mediterranean-style tapenade blended with anchovies, capers, and garlic. Delicious on bruschetta or as a crust on roast leg of lamb.
