• Rich, creamy full-bodied blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc in perfect harmony. 
• Fermented and matured in 300 Litre oak barrels to create a wine with balance between fruit and spicy oak flavours.
• Blended from two separately fermented cultivars. Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc were fermented in small oak barrels, left on the lees and matured for 9 months.
• Alcohol By Volume: 13.5%
• Cultivar: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc

1x Icarus Red Blend 2022

• Award: Michelangelo International Awards 2025 Gold, 2025 SA Terroir Awards District winner
• Previous vintage awards: Gold Michelangelo, 4.5 Star Platter, Silver Veritas.
• Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Naçional and Merlot in perfect harmony.
• Expect opulent plums and black cherries with cigar box and vanilla. 
• Vibrant and elegant with beautiful weight and length, leaving you with a lasting impression.
• Matured in 300L French and American oak barrels for 20 months.
• Accessible now but can age for a further 5 years.
• An ideal wine to serve with roast meats, venison and mature cheese.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14.2%
• Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional
