• Aroma: Cool, sensuous aromatics of blackberry, boysenberry, and sour black cherry lifted by violet, resinous juniper, and spice notes of anise, clove, nutmeg, cedar, and teak
• Palate: A medium-bodied yet intense South African Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend with a mouthwatering core, velvet-textured tannins, and a long, focused finish of structural finesse
• Pairs well with prime rib, roasted venison, slow-cooked lamb shanks, or mature hard cheeses
