Cafe Viante’s Premium Collection includes 80 Gourmet Coffee Capsules, 4 variants in the selection. These blends are premium luxury coffee varieties and a result of a careful selection of the best quality beans from around the world. Blending them and patiently roasting them to achieve the best-tasting coffee. Each capsule contains 5 grams of premium coffee. Vacuum sealed under a Nitrogen-Controlled environment to guarantee freshness.

When our grandfather Carlo boarded the liner Victoria bound to Buenos Aires in the early years of the 20th century, he brought with him a strong espresso culture and a passion for Italian coffee that he wanted to stay in the family for generations to come. • Brazil Ristretto Fortissimo – Strength 9 out of 10: This darkly roasted coffee is a blend of high grown Brazilian Arabica beans expertly blended with a hint of hand-selected Indonesian beans to create a strong Italian style taste with an intense dark chocolate and molasses aftertaste. Best prepared as Ristretto.
• Costa Rica Espresso Forte – Strength 8 out of 10: This Darkly Roasted blend of premium Arabica beans from South America and Africa delivers a full-bodied, well-rounded, bold taste. Great for those who enjoy a strong espresso. Ideal to drink after sweet and overly indulging desserts.
• Brazil Lungo Forte – Strength 8 out of 10: Hand-selected Arabica beans from Brazil are blended with the best beans from Africa to create a full-body and intense coffee that is rich in taste, aroma, and acidity. Works very well in short espresso shots but really opens up to reveal its complex characteristics and its full range of properties when prepared as a lungo.
• Brazil Espresso Intenso – Strength 7 out of 10: A private blend of premium Arabica beans from South America, delicately blended with a touch of Indian Robusta to create a slightly sweet, medium bodied espresso with a velvet smooth finish. Suitable for those who enjoy a bold taste in coffee but are looking for a more balanced flavour.
