This is a professional quality deep pan / Sarten made in Valencia by Vaello Campos S.L. One of Spains premier manufacturers of Paella pans and cooking equipment. These pans can be used for cooking almost anything. Paella, Tapas, Spanish omelette, stir fry, curry etc and look great on the table when you serve food in them. 28cm diameter and 8cm deep. Similar to a Wok but with a flat base. This Vaello pan is used in homes and restaurants across Spain and it is wonderfully versatile and can be used to cook a whole range of dishes. Manufactured from enamelled carbon steel the pans are very well made and durable. The pans can be used on hobs - gas, electric, ceramic and induction. On open fires, BBQ′s, in ovens or directly under a grill. These pans require virtually no maintenance at all - just wash them when you are done and they will quite happily sit inside or outside until you use them again.
