Produced and bottled by one of South Africa's leading winemakers as their personal project. This comes from some of the valleys most pristine vines and has all the characters that you would expect from South Africa's equivalent of a Burgundy. 

Product Features

• Minimal intervention throughout the entire winemaking process
• Fermented in an open-top tank with 30% whole bunch split between the top and bottom for different flavour profiles.
• Barrel matured for 10 Months, 30% of which being new French oak barrel. 
• White pepper with a succulent berry core. Structured with a decent back bone, yet elegant
• Great to drink now but will benefit from a few more years in the cellar
