The Reef Thruster swim fin is perfect for training and race cadence. The shorter fin blade provides the right amount of propulsion and the shorter kick helps build muscle fibres throughout the leg. The ergonomic foot pocket allows for decreased levels of tendon strain with efficient strength buidling for the ankle. They are also constructed of ultra-soft high buoyancy rubber with helps maintain proper body position when training.

The Reef Thruster fins should fit snug on the foot with minimal movement in the foot pocket. Choose your size according to your UK shoe size, sizing is as below:
- Extra Small- UK 3-5
- Small- UK 5-7
- Medium- UK 7-9
- Large- UK 9-11
- Extra Large- UK 11-13
