The wonderful people at Saint and Summer have sent me a pair of Swagger boots. They are made from a rubber like material, which makes them lightweight and so comfortable. As soon as the temperature decides to get cold, they’re the first pair of shoes I’ll be wearing … Because these boots were made for walking! I live in Saints and Summer’s sandals during summer, so I can bet I will be rocking these boots all winter.

How well did South Africa do in the World Athletic Championships?
We ended third overall, behind medal-hungry USA and the long distance specialists Kenya.
Caster and long-jumper Luvo Manyonga both brought home golds, and Wayde bagged himself gold as well as a silver medal.
Even though we have the athletic prowess of a teaspoon we can recognise talent as much as everyone else, and we're exceedingly proud of every person that represented SA in London.
