Originally a fruit farm planted with apples, pears and plums, Furneaux farm was purchased by Charles and Zelda Fox in 2005 after an inter-regional search for Cap Classique-specific terroir. Stumbling upon this gem of a location, Charles Fox decided that Elgin would be the home of this magnificent label of wine. The cellar was built in 2010 with an underground storage capacity of 200 000 bottles. In concordance with advice on close and site selection from viticulturist Paul Wallace, 6,3ha of land was planted to 10 blocks of vines. These face north-east and south on an elevation between 230m and 300m above sea level. Perold-trellised rows were planted in a north-west to south-east direction primarily to minimise wind damage.
Reserve Brut Rose
Pale salmon in colour, with beautiful persistent bubbles. Fruit aromas of red berries and aromatic spices on the nose. On the palate fresh fruitiness follows through with subtle berry and red currant flavour. Ending with a fresh creamy intensity and generous length.

It creates the perfect precipice of frustration: keep it bottled in and it'll eat away at you, but if you say something you're the overreacting party-pooper who sucks the fun out of everything.
We realise this might seem a little abstract (for context, somebody did this exact thing at the OneDayOnly headquarters at around 4 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon and it's been bugging us since) but it must be addressed on a grand scale so these perpetrators can understand the extent of their heinous crime.
