This high-performance wood-fired pizza oven is designed for residential use, both indoors and outdoors. It's ideal for cooking pizzas, roasting meats and vegetables, grilling fish, and baking a variety of foods. Constructed with refractory and heat-resistant materials reinforced with steel, it retains heat longer and resists cracking. The oven heats up to optimal pizza-cooking temperatures (400–450°C) in just 40 minutes, over twice as fast as traditional brick, clay, or concrete ovens. It can cook 2–3 pizzas at a time in just 60 to 90 seconds, depending on dough thickness and toppings.
