The water fly wheel provides smooth rotation and seamless performance with each stroke made, adjusting the resistance precisely to the user’s movement and strength input. Unlike with conventional rowing machines, there is no jarring or jerking but rather smooth and even rows allowing you to perform uniform strokes to work each muscle group and provide a full body workout. 

The Everlast Water Rower is designed with a performance monitor with the functions: Time/ Distance/ Speed and Calories, helping you to keep track of all your workout stats as you train. Designed with a curved ergonomic seat for comfort and adjustable slip-resistant footplates, the Everlast Water Rower provides a comfortable and secure workout, allowing a maximum user weight of 150kgs. Built with an easy foldable design, it is suitable for any home gym.
