SollatekVoltage Protection for Fridges

R699

Retail: R1,200
About

Low power (under-voltage) will certainly damage any refrigeration appliance’s compressor. The FridgeGuard protects your appliance by disconnecting the power when it goes below an unacceptable level. Additionally, there is a delay when power returns to normal. This will ensure that the appliance is not switched on-off repeatedly during fluctuations nor is it subjected to a massive surge normally experienced when power returns after power cuts.

AVS™ function

The FRIDGEGUARD will disconnect the power to your appliance if the mains voltage drops below or above a pre-set limit. The FRIDGEGUARD will re-connect automatically only after the supply has returned to acceptable limits after a 3-minute wait time.

TimeSave™ function

The TimeSave™ function will ensure the FRIDGEGUARD provides maximum operation time to your appliance by having built-in intelligence to check the off time. If the unit has been off for more than 3 minutes, it will reconnect the mains within 10 seconds rather than the standard 3 minutes.

iSense™ function

The iSense™ technology allows you to control how sensitive the FRIDGEGUARD is to voltage problems. Using the iSense™ dial you can set the desired level of protection.

Never mind the Noise!

On this day in 1924, the "Happy Birthday" song was first published in a songbook. Can you even imagine how lame birthday parties were before this banger dropped? They must have been terrible!

Sisters Patty and Mildred Hill crafted the catchy melody, originally titled "Good Morning to All," for the children in Patty's kindergarten class. However, the genius who penned the birthday-specific lyrics remains unknown.

Perhaps this treasure was a collaborative effort, like Drake's "One Dance," which had a whole eight writers credited. Talk about a team effort!

Or maybe "Happy Birthday" was the work of a lone birthday enthusiast who wanted to leave their mark on birthdays forever.

Whether it's your birthday or not, how about treating yourself to our deal on active Noise Cancelling Earphones by adidas?
