1x Lanzerac Jonkershoek Reserve

• Nose opens with a spicy bouquet intertwined with dark berry aromas, think black cherry, cassis and hints of clove or baking spice.
• Palette: rich dark fruit, black cherry, cassis, layered with notes of dark chocolate. The tannins are smooth and integrated, giving it a silky finish that lingers
• Pairs well with filet mignon

1x Alto Rouge

• Colour: Deep garnet colour, dense and alluring with a cerise, crimson rim.
• Bouquet: Dense autumn fruit and fynbos edge, with a hint of charcuterie.
• Notes of succulent plum, crushed blackberry, and dry fig.
• The complexity of classic grape cultivars allows for intricate flavours of pine-needle and graphite to join the fruit in an interwoven whole.
• Tannins are plush and beguiling, yet muscular and firm, ensuring life-affirming freshness in structure, as well as the proven ageability of Alto Rouge from a fine vintage.
• Perfect on its own or with roast chicken, pork belly, grilled beef, or creamy pasta.

1x Beyerskloof Synergy Cape Blend

• A Cape Blend of Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, and Cinsault.
• After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in 5% new and 95% second, third, and fourth fill French oak barrels for 12-14 months.
• Intense dark red colour, with a lovely ruby red rim.
• Initial impressions of red fruit and cherries give way to hints of cedar/toasted oak aromas.
• An abundance of black fruit upon entry leads to a big, juicy middle with soft, well-rounded tannins. 
• A classic Cape Blend with great balance and a pleasant finish.
• Serve with matured steaks, game dishes, or oxtail.

• A red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc.
• Matured for 18 months in French oak and racked on average every four months.
• This wine offers plenty of aging potential.
• Expect aromas of plum and cherry on the nose.
• Flavours of mulberry and blackcurrant leaf in the mid-palate with hints of fresh herbs and rich tannins to support it all. 
• Enjoy red meat dishes.

1x Groot Constantia Lady of Abundance 2021

• The second vintage of Lady of Abundance shows layers of complexity. 
• Ripe black fruit dominates the nose, followed by an intense spicy character. 
• The emphasis is on drinkability, and the fine tannins are balanced by ripe fruit on the palate.
• Best served with rare roast beef with mustard and garlic dressing and roast vegetables, or flame-grilled venison and grilled root vegetables.

• Varietals: 36% Shiraz, 35% Merlot, 26% Pinotage, 3% Tannat
• Region: Constantia 

1x Spier Creative Block 5

• A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec.
• Malolactic fermentation and maturation took place in 300L French oak barrels for 18 months (60% first fill; the balance second fill). 
• Wines were individually crafted for each varietal to reach its highest potential. 
• Selective tasting determined the composition, and expert blending ensured harmony between the five varietals.
• Deep, ruby red in colour.
• On the nose, blackberry, cherry, and blackcurrant are supported by cedar, dark chocolate, and hints of fennel.
• The vibrant palate has great balance and dense tannins.
• The palate will be enhanced by aging.
• Enjoy slow-cooked oxtail, a beef casserole, or wild mushroom risotto.
