Product Specifications

• Once you receive your kit, the first thing you must do (even before collecting the saliva sample in the tube) is to create an account by clicking on CREATE ACCOUNT and filling in the form. To register the kit, you will need to enter the registration code that you will find attached to the reservoir. You will soon receive an email with a link to download the label you will require to send your sample to the laboratory. *Samples received without being registered will not be analysed.
• Seal your test tube and place into the original packaging for protection.
• Seal the box and place into courier bag/flyer supplied for shipping.
• Send an email to Collect@dnatrax.co.za to arrange collection of your DNA kit.
• After lab processing you will be able to log on and see all your details of your test.
