The Studio Core III is a full-sized wooden Pilates reformer designed to meet the quiet discipline of daily practice—whether in a professional studio or a dedicated home space. The frame is made from solid hardwood, chosen for its strength and natural stability under load. The carriage glides smoothly along an eight-wheel track that keeps movement centred and balanced, even during transitions. A firm, high-density foam platform supports the spine and pelvis without sinking or shifting. The non-porous upholstery resists moisture, wipes clean easily, and holds up in shared or high-use environments.

Five stainless steel springs provide adjustable resistance, each colour-coded for clarity. Whether you're focusing on strength, control, or recovery, the spring system adapts easily to the needs of your session, with a simple anchor rail that makes changing tension quick and intuitive.

The footbar locks into five angles, giving you the flexibility to adjust for different postures, proportions, and sequences. Along with the adjustable gear bar and headrest, it supports proper alignment through everything from supine footwork to long stretch and weight-bearing plank variations.

Rope length adjusts smoothly using cleats and pulley risers—no tools needed. Dual-loop handles made from reinforced nylon offer two grip options for hands or feet, supporting fluid transitions without breaking focus. Shoulder blocks are positioned to keep the body grounded and aligned, helping guide the ropes and maintain consistency through movement.
