White Shark Diving Company is a multi-award-winning shark cage diving and adventure tour operator based in Kleinbaai, Gansbaai and has been in operation for 24 years with a 100% safety record.  One of the founding members of the industry, we are deeply committed to the conservation of South Africa’s sharks as shown by the establishment of our Non-profit and Public Benefit Organisation, Shark & Marine Research Institute.

A great variety of marine life can be viewed from our vessel, from Bronze Whaler sharks which are highly interactive and curious predators that grow up to 3 meters, to the endangered and Magnificent Great White Shark that can grow up to 5 meters! We are also visited by the elusive Seven Gill Cow Shark, Sting Rays, Sun Fish, Seals, Penguins, and even beautiful Whales in season!

After joining White Shark Diving Company for a thrilling shark cage diving adventure at sea, you will embark on one of the most famous and scenic quad biking trails in South Africa.

This trail is an absolute must when visiting the exquisite Overberg region and boasts views over the entire Walker Bay and Botriver lagoon. After a short safety instruction test drive, you will depart from base camp located on an amazing Fynbos farm. Highly experienced guides lead the way. The trail is easy to moderate and starts with a curvy flat drive and as you master your bike you will head up the majestic mountains. The views are truly spectacular and some of the best of all the trails available. Cameras on this trip are highly recommended! *Safety is essential, and it is imperative that clients listen carefully to the safety briefings and respect the rules, such as maintaining a safe following distance and adhering to speed limits at certain points on the trail.

Terms & Conditions

• WSDC operates 1 to 3 cage diving trips per day, with trip meeting times ranging from early morning to midday
• The duration of the Shark cage Diving and Quad Biking Adventure, from time of arrival at our crew house to departure after your Quad Biking activity is approximately 7 hours in total which includes introductions & safety briefings, 2 activities, pre & post-dive meals and video footage viewing of your shark dive.
• When making your booking, please ensure that you have the full day available for this excursion as we cannot guarantee start or finish times in advance.
• Travel time from Cape Town is roughly 2.5 hours
• The final 24-hour weather and sea report will be reviewed on the day prior to the dive
