Itchin' to get in the kitchen

So you've just binge watched back-to-back seasons of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and it's motivated you to do two things: never eat in a restaurant again (so much unseen uncleanliness) and cook your own quality meals.

Nice work. The two go hand-in-hand. Except there's one eversosmall problem.

You're going to walk into your kitchen with inspiration overflowing, and in about three minutes the sad state of your existing kitchenware will take you from "convinced you can cook the perfect duck a l'orange" to "unsure if you can make a ham sandwich."

Even Gordon himself would struggle to create anything edible with just five forks, a bread knife, a plastic spatula and a gravy boat.

We can't help with the duck a l'orange (to be honest we don't even know the ingredients aside from the obvious duck and naartjies) but we can help with that complete-lack-of-kitchenware problem.
