Product Features
- The Private Collection Chardonnay shows lovely citrus fruit, ripe pineapple flesh and some nutty characters on the nose.
- A full-bodied Chardonnay that ends with nice fresh acidity.
- Creamy tannins that contribute to taste.
- It will complement most fish dishes or can be enjoyed with lighter meat dishes and creamy pasta.
- Therefore the berries were smaller and the crop lower, but fortunately, we had enough irrigation water to ensure the vines did not enter severe water stress.
- To ensure freshness, the grapes were picked slightly earlier and this is apparent in the beautiful elegance of this wine.
- The small percentage of new oak used adds lovely texture and complexity but does not overpower the fruit at all.
- Handpicked, fermented in French oak barrels for 12 months.
- 15% New French 500L Oak Barrels, balance in 300L and 225L French oak.
