The Vortex Plus 8-In-1 Dual Airfryer is Instant's most convenient and versatile airfryer. It has two drawers with separate controls, so you can double up on cooking or cook two different foods at the same time. Each drawer also features a Clear Cook window with internal light, so you can check on cooking progress without continuously opening the drawers and losing heat.

The two large drawers provide a combined 7.6 litre capacity, while the latest EvenCrisp airfryer technology delivers crispy, tender results every time, with 95% less oil. You can use the Sync Cook function to automatically match drawer settings or Sync Finish to match the finish time between the two drawers. Grill succulent steaks while roasting vegetables; or bake a potato while airfrying chicken (big enough to roast a whole 1.2kg small chicken) — with both dishes cooked and ready to enjoy at the same time.

Airfryer basket


• Clean the airfryer basket with a sponge or cloth and a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid, then rinse well
• Ensure that all grease and food debris are removed

• Do not immerse the basket in water or any other liquid

• To remove baked-on grease and food residue, spray with a mixture of bicarbonate of soda and vinegar and wipe clean with a damp cloth

• For stubborn stains, allow the mixture to sit on the affected area for several minutes before scrubbing clean
• Check the heating coil for oil spatter and food debris — clean the heating coil with a damp cloth as needed

• Ensure the heating coil is completely dry before the next use
