Honey Powder is a dehydrated form of natural honey and typically contains less than 2% of the typical liquid content of the traditional liquid form of the golden sweetener. In its powder form, honey powder is off-white, sometimes pure white. Honey Powder has an anti-caking substance 551. The powder immediately dissolves into anything hot that it’s put in, like hot tea or coffee.
Honey powder is an excellent alternative not only to sugar but to artificial sweeteners. Natural is always better than artificial. Honey Powder has nutrients in it; Sugar does not. Too much sugar is not a good thing. So this is a great substitute to try.
