How to use

- Put the device on the body, and then paste the buckle on the device.
- Quickly double-click the heating switch to turn on this function.
- Quickly double-click the vibration massage switch to turn on this function.
- Tap these two buttons to select the mode you like.
- We recommend using one body part continuously for no more than 15 minutes. Touch these two buttons for 3 to 5 seconds after use to turn off the device. Keep them away from the body.
