The mesh and PU reinforced upper provides structure and support, while the technical last shape and our Sock-fit LW technology mean a dialled-in fit for moving fast over technical terrain. The midsole features our Foot Active Control system, combined with a carbon fibre plate and a Presa SuperGum outsole, for ultimate traction and security when venturing above treeline.

Our most cushioned shoe to date, the ATR has superior impact absorption capabilities due to its iRespond Midsole System, designed to absorb and return energy efficiently. The Presa outsole with Super Gum rubber endures great traction both on and off road, inspiring confidence as you expand your running horizons.

KIMA

• Exo Construction: Highly breathable upper mesh is backed by our EXO internal support matrix, inspired by structural elements of the Golden Gate Bridge.
• Welded PY reinforcements on the upper add additional structure, support and abrasion resistance.
• Foot Active Control: The midsole features two different densities of a SCARPA exclusive "Active EVA" compound.
• The lower layer in a softer density cushions foot strike and adapts to rocky terrain. The upper layer of medium-density Active EVA provides support and structure to minimise foot fatigue.
• Sandwiched between the two layers is a 1mm, multi-layer carbon fibre plate that provides underfoot protection and significant energy return and propulsion in the toe-off phase of the gait cycle.

ATR

• Exo Construction: Highly breathable upper mesh is backed by our EXO internal support matrix, inspired by structural elements of the Golden Gate Bridge.
• Welded PU reinforcements on the upper add additional structure, support and abrasion resistance.
• Adaptive Cushioning System: The Adaptive Cushioning System (ACS) combines two densities of high-performance EVA to provide cushioning and energy return.
• The forefoot and midfoot features higher-density EVA to provide rebound and "spring" in the toe-off phase, giving energy back to the user. Lower-density EVA in the heel provides great cushioning for training.
