About

These bolster beds are the ultimate in luxury and comfort.

We launched the original K9 Castle in 2010 and it’s easy to see why it remains the most popular dog bed in the market. Bolster beds offer a sense of security and extra comfort. Our sturdy outside bolster is made from a strong, waterproof canvas and filled with recycled shredded fibre to offer great quality, durability and comfort for your pet for years to come.

As with all our bigger beds, our pillows are filled with recycled poly-cotton fibre, which ensures amazing support and insulation against the cold. Due to the filling we use, our beds are on the heavier side and will not easily collapse. Handles are provided for ease of carrying. The inner pillowcase is reversible, made from plush coral fleece on the one side and a durable, cooler poly-cotton on the other, offering the perfect snuggle come rain or shine.

If you were ever wondering...

...what provides the inspiration for these write ups, today's your lucky day. You're about to find out.

99% of the time it's the products. Unsurprising. But also so very corporate and predictable. And we hate that. So once in a while we like to draw our creativity from elsewhere, such as:

If E is the most common letter in the English alphabet, why is it so particular? Surely it should've been shaped like an I, just a single straight line? It seems excessive to have to draw the extra three horizontal lines, when really it could've been avoided.

If you know the answer, as in really truly know, please write to us at EisshapedlikeEbecause@onedayonly.co.za

Otherwise enjoy thinking about that too for the next three or so years.
