How to use the Vibration Plate:

Plug the Power Fit Vibration Plate into a power source and switch on. Select a pre-loaded program or set a specific vibration speed and time.

OPTION ONE:

Stand upright on the vibration plate with both feet at shoulder length apart for 10 minutes.

OPTION TWO:

Assume the position in Option One and bend your knees slightly while holding your arms out in front of you to maintain balance. Hold the position for ten minutes.

OPTION THREE:

Place a chair behind the Vibration Plate and sit down on it with you feet up on the Vibration Plate. Your knees should form a 90 degree angle. Hold the position for ten minutes.

OPTION FOUR:

Sit down on the floor behind the Vibration Plate. Rest both feet on the vibration plate with your arms behind you to secure your back. Hold the position for ten minutes.

OPTION FIVE:

Kneel down on the floor behind the Vibration Plate and place your hands on the plate at shoulder length apart. Lean forward bending your elbows slightly. Hold the position for ten minutes.

RESISTANCE BANDS:

Also included are two resistance bands that lets you reap even more benefits from the Vibration Plate. Using the resistance bands will grant you a wider variety of possible positions and exercises through focusing attention to those muscles in your body that you feel require extra attention.

Hook the resistance bands to a secure surface. Pull the muscles that you intend to pay special attention to while assuming one of the five positions explained above.
