The Garject from Dreamfarm lets you easily crush several cloves at a time without peeling them, scrape all the crushed garlic off into your food, and eject the used peel into the bin with one tool.
With Garject you pop a few unpeeled cloves into the well, close it and crush the garlic. As you open it, the mechanism scrapes the crushed garlic off. Then, with one push of the eject button, the peel is pushed out into the bin. Rinse under cold water, and the Garject can be put away.
