- Directions for use:
- Take one capsule a day as early as possible with breakfast (preferably prior to 8am but no later than 10am).
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol and sugary drinks, and ensure that you drink around 2-3 litres of water per day.
- You can take the pill for 5 consecutive days and then take a break for 2 days at a time, especially over the weekend if you’re going to be consuming any alcohol.
