• Punching bag: The black/red upper material of the punching bag consists of a high-quality and very robust special nylon. Unlike conventional nylon punching bags, this material is extremely durable. The punching bag is equipped with a textile filling that is filled under high pressure and thus enables optimal shock absorption and gives the punching bag an optimal shape permanently. The four suspensions directly mounted on the punching bag with solid rivets and a double seam guarantee an optimal hold and a uniform suspension of the punching bag.
• Chain suspension: The chrome-plated quadruple chain consists of solid chain links. The swivel prevents twisting of the suspension and reduces the load on the wall or ceiling mounting.
• For ceiling mounting: For optimal and safe training, an area of 150 cm in all directions should be available as a training surface.
• For wall mounting: For optimal and safe training, an area of 150 cm to the left, right and front should be available as a training surface.
