Beurer has developed the BodyShape System for all lifestyle and health enthusiasts. The fitness concept of the BodyShape app also impresses with the building blocks fitness, nutrition and weight, so that you achieve your desired weight and a better body feeling. Together with the free app Beurer BodyShape and the activity sensor AS 81 BodyShape, you can achieve optimal activity control and can easily lose weight together with the app, shape your body and deliberately switch your diet. In addition, the Beurer BodyShape app provides the necessary motivation and fun. AS 81 can only be used in combination with the Beurer BodyShape app.

Product Features

Activity tracking

The activity sensor determines the number of steps, distance travelled, calories burned and activity duration. All your physical movements are interpreted in steps. The distance travelled may therefore differ from the actual distance.

Motion target

At least 10,000 steps should be completed daily. As an incentive for more movement and an activating everyday life, a movement goal can therefore be set. So you always have an eye on whether you have already moved enough.

Sleep tracking

Important for health is also sufficient and healthy sleep. The activity sensor records sleep movement activity and sleep duration and thus monitors sleep quality.

Time and alarm function

The time of the activity sensor is updated with each sync with your smartphone. The special thing about the integrated alarm function is the vibration alarm. In contrast to an acoustic alarm signal, only the wearer of the activity sensor is awakened by the vibration of the bracelet.

Activity

For optimal activity control, the Beurer activity sensor AS 81 BodyShape records uninterrupted physical activity. You have a detailed overview of how much you move per day and whether you have reached your movement goal.

Weight and body data

In combination with the BF 710 BodyShape diagnostic scales you have all data clearly and easily understandable: Weight, BMI, body fat, water and muscle percentage. See results immediately through the weight gradient. The target weight can be individually entered, so every step is more, and every gram less, just fun.

Healthy diet

Use the BodyShape app the possibility of a diet change in a playful way. You capture four food groups in portion sizes, annoying weighing is eliminated. A point system encourages healthy diet: Plus points for vegetables, fruit and low-calorie drinks. Point trigger for snacks, alcohol and soft drinks. Useful tips also support you on your way.

Fitness

With the concept of the BodyShape app, the perfect interaction of essential factors for a great body feeling: Activity, workouts and endurance training. Super effective: Workouts for different body regions: Full body workout; upper body workout; abdomen, legs, buttocks and core training. Emma your personal fitness coach shows you all the exercises in detail for more fun training. Create your own personal training plan with reminder function.
