- Switch the Bluetooth off on your mobile phone
- Open the app and select the watch icon in the bottom centre of the screen
- Click on “ADD DEVICE”
- Find your watch model and select it
- A message will come up asking you to permit to switch Bluetooth on ( Please give permission)
- The watch will be connected and the time and date will change to the time and date on your mobile phone
- If this is not successful – then please go into the menu of the watch and select “ RESET WATCH” then follow the steps above
