Additional Fees

• We value your control over your subscription. You'll receive an email notification 48 hours before your next repeat order. You can easily cancel through your Contro platform profile.

Difference for Medical Aid and Non-Medical Aid Users

• For those paying cash: You'll pay the discounted service fee plus the cost of your prescribed medication.
• If you have medical aid: You'll only pay the discounted service fee. Your medication costs will be claimed directly from your medical aid by our Partner Pharmacy.
